Full-Fox is a very lightweight and compact active focus tool, which perfectly meets today’s demands of modern acquisition styles.
By significantly minimizing the weight and size and perfectly balancing the distance reader on top of the camera, this system is the most operator friendly to date.
The Full-Fox incorporates all functions in a rugged system with a touch-screen tablet PC, built-in wireless and LCS options.
No need for tape measure, place the cursor on a target and click the mouse. Full-Fox automatically shifts the focus to the measured distance.
Full-Fox provides the measuring distances and everything else is up to the lens control system and focus puller.
The most powerful mode allows to follow an object with the cursor and Full-Fox continuously shifts focus in real time.
Allows to measure a set in order to create a topographic map. Save, view and export distances and 3D data for further use for CGI, prints, etc …
Focus will be shifted from focus point A to B in a predetermined duration time (0.1 to 9.9 sec).
Those days are clearly over, this piece of equipment can truly make impossible shots a reality and provides great piece of mind.

One of the difficult shots we did was a wide shot of the hero car static, as a packshot, but we were shooting from the russian arm approaching to the car from 150 meters. The lens was about 180mm or more. In the beginning the frame was wide, but we were ending in a close up of the front-lights of the car. We had all the movement in focus all the time. All the takes. AMAZING!!

… When I designed the FULL FOX it was based on my own experience as a cameraman and I had very challenging shots in mind. Long lenses, cameras on cranes, moving objects, car chases, the impossible shots …
